Reservation must be guaranteed by a 30% deposit which can be paid via bank transfer or by credit card details. The confirmation will take effect only if the required deposit or credit card guarantee arrives on the date indicated in the confirmation. A pro-forma invoice is issued for the recieved transfers. Cancellation policy: Each individual reservation may be canceled up to the 5th working day prior arrival without surcharge. In case of late cancellation or non-arrival, the hotel treats the advance payment as a penalty.
