The 4-star Ket Korona (Two Crowns) conference and wellness hotel is located on the southern shore of Lake Balaton, in one of the most popular resort areas of the lake, in Balatonszarszo. The hotel can be reached approximately an-hour-drive from Budapest along the M7 motorway.

Standard double-bed room with terrace (20-22 sqm)
In the Mediterranean-atmosphere wing of the hotel there are 22 large double-bed rooms with terraces. Due to the fact that the rooms face south, guests can enjoy sunbathing even on their terraces. The rooms are equipped with private bathroom with shower, colour TV (30 Hungarian and international channels) and free wireless Internet access serving the guests’ comfort. Only one spare bed can be put in the rooms.

Standard family room with terrace (2×20-22 sqm)
In the Mediterranean-atmosphere wing of the hotel there are 2 standard family rooms. The family rooms are gained by connecting two standard double-bed rooms to make them a quiet relaxing place for the family. This means the family rooms consist of two rooms, with large private bathrooms with shower, colour TV (30 Hungarian and international channels) and free wireless Internet access, which serve the families’ recreation.

Superior double-bed room with terrace (24-26 sqm)
In the four-star building of the hotel 19 superior double-bed rooms have been built. The modern heating-cooling system (wall, floor and ceiling heating) provides pleasant atmosphere during any weather conditions. The rooms are elegantly furnished and harmonious colours characterize them. The rooms are equipped with private bathroom with a shower cabin, colour TV and free wireless Internet access. Only one spare bed can be put in the rooms.

Mansard double-bed room (18-20 sqm)
Above the restaurant of the hotel there are 7 double-bed rooms. The rooms are equipped with private bathrooms with shower, colour TV (30 Hungarian and international channels) and free wireless Internet access. Only one spare bed can be put in the rooms.

Mansard family room (20-25 sqm)
Above the restaurant of the hotel there are 3 family rooms. Out of the three family rooms 2 rooms are four-bed rooms and 1 room is a tree-bed room consisting of two rooms serving the families’ pleasant recreation. The family rooms are equipped with private bathrooms with shower, colour TV (30 Hungarian and international channels) and free wireless Internet access.

All rooms are for non smokers.

A new hotel wing was opened in the middle of October 2008, where the “Island of Peacefulness” wellness centre, a 240 sqm conference room and additional superior double-bed rooms as well as superior suites have been established. Due to the new wing the hotel now awaits its guests with 55 rooms.
Visitors seeking recreation or those who come to participate in conferences are provided with relaxing interior and with various services to make their stay even more pleasant in our hotel. The highly trained staff and the familiar atmosphere of the hotel warrant unforgettable pastime.

From the offers of the hotel restaurant everyone can find dishes meeting his/her taste and can choose from the specialities of the famous Hungarian cuisine or can have dishes meeting the requirements of modern, healthy nourishing: vegetarian, diabetic, flour- milk- and egg-less dishes are also available.
The capacity of our restaurant is 80 – 120 persons. From early spring to late autumn the restaurant together with the flowery and Mediterranean terrace can seat 150 people. It provides perfect recreation even for those who come here to have just a coffee or some light lunch or dinner on the terrace.

„Island of Peacefulness” wellness centre

The “Island of Peacefulness” wellness centre was opened in the middle of October 2008. Its aim is to create the harmony of mind, body and soul.

Sauna island: steam bath, Finnish sauna, caldarium.
The Finnish sauna stimulates the circulation and deep cleans the skin by opening the pores, resulting in mental and physical relaxation and well-being.
The steam bath opens the pores, soothes sore muscles, increases circulation and provides a generally and healthy experience.
The caldarium’s temperature ranges generally between 40-50 °C, its humidity is 70-100%. The room itself is hot and steamy. It helps stimulate the blood and respiratory systems.
The steam helps to open up the pores and bring toxins to the surface where they can be washed away. The heat stimulates blood circulation, which in turn boosts the natural immune system. It also increases the metabolic rate. The warm moist air is also good for minor respiratory difficulties such as mild asthma. It is a very good way to de-stress as well as purifying skin.
